BayIQ collects vehicle information including VIN, year, make, model and engine, diagnostic trouble codes, technical service bulletin data, and customer contact information including name, email address and phone number as provided by the shop.
Information collected is used solely to generate vehicle diagnostic reports, surface probable repair findings, and deliver reports via email. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Diagnostic session data is only accessible to the shop technician and advisor who created the session. Customers receive only their own report.
All data is securely stored and protected. Diagnostic sessions are tied to authenticated shop accounts only.
By providing an email address the customer consents to receiving their vehicle inspection report via email.
