BayIQ is a diagnostic assistance tool designed to help automotive technicians surface probable causes and verification procedures for vehicle fault codes. BayIQ is not a substitute for professional automotive training, judgment, or experience.
All diagnostic findings surfaced by BayIQ must be physically verified by a qualified automotive technician before any repair recommendation is made to a customer. The technician and shop assume full responsibility for all diagnostic conclusions and repair recommendations. BayIQ provides guidance only.
BayIQ pulls data from multiple sources including NHTSA, TSB databases, and AI assisted diagnostic knowledge. While we strive for accuracy we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error free. Always verify findings using OEM service procedures.
BayIQ and its owners are not liable for any misdiagnosis, incorrect repair, customer dispute, vehicle damage, or financial loss resulting from the use of this application. Use of BayIQ is at your own professional discretion.
By using BayIQ you agree that vehicle and customer data entered into the application is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining customer consent before entering their information.
BayIQ does not provide repair pricing or generate repair orders. All pricing, quoting, and repair authorization is the sole responsibility of the shop and its staff.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of BayIQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
